Duglen International was founded in 1998 in Tokyo by Tony Keal to service the needs of clients in Japan as well as global investors who sought constant and stable financial returns.
Originally from London, U.K., Tony is a seasoned investment consultant having been with Providence Capitol and Old Mutual before coming to Japan in 1996.
He has a sound knowledge of international real estate investments and established the Tokyo operation of Walton International Group in 2006 - one of North America's leading real estate investment groups.
